All things Summer

Time flies by

And since I've had the baby
I don't know how to get anything done

So blogging has quickly fallen behind

but here is a picture summary 

of what we've

been doing:

We have gone to the pool. In fact, I think we went twice last week since the baby still wasn't here.
Every night after Maddix went to bed Travis and I would take a walk around the block together. 

We've roasted in the heat

Been playing in the backyard with our puppy

Celebrated the 4th by first starting at the parade route

Maddix LOVED everything about the parade from the Fire trucks
to the horses

every time a high school band came by these two were up
jumping around, dancing, and twirling themselves silly

Enjoying dinner at our block party

Maddix's first time doing fireworks by himself

I loved watching these two enjoy the fireworks together

 Then that night after our awesome fireworks display we went home and the three of us climbed on the roof and enjoyed the fireworks all over the valley before going to bed and anticipating what time I might be induced the next morning. That was our last moment/activity we did as just a family of three
