Where do I even start? We have not had internet access until today and tonight I find myself looking at a couple hundred photos and and trying to pick which ones will best represent those moments I don't want to forget... so.. I think I'll post the pictures on facebook and just write the highlights of the trip thus far:
Thurs: The drive. It took the whole day... and Lola (the gps) was having issues. She decided to glitch and not pull up ANY German maps. And since we were headed to the Freiberg Temple in Germany we ended following phone given directions from Travis, as well as a map with a tiny dot on the i-phone. Ha ha oh what an experience we had getting lost and taking 12hrs instead of 9 1/2hrs. BUT thankfully there were TONS of gorgeous yellow flowers to look at all over the country side.
Then we finally made it to the temple!
Friday: A Day at the Temple. It was a wonderful experience to walk into this German temple, do a session with English Translation in one ear, and then Polish playing in the other ear. Also Maddix made some little girlfriends and LOVED running around with the boys.
OH.. and don't forget the AWESOME Toy room where Maddix had a melt down EVERY time he was forced to leave it!
In between sessions we went to a park and walked around a town square. Maddix had so much fun at the park. And we all enjoyed getting out for a walk
Okay, weird, my pictures have stopped uploading. Well I will have to finish this trip detail later. BUT to end our Friday adventures: We went for the walk, got some sun, played with and got to know all the families around us and then woke up this morning and headed to Prague!
