A Good Day.
Got some P90 X in right before Becky came and picked us up for some morning swimming! Oh my, I've never seen such a pool with an amazing children's area. We walked in and the kiddie pool was twice as big as my whole apartment. It had giant poles that were trees with jungle animals everywhere that squirted water out. It was incredible. Toys, tubes, and the BEST part was the floati... police car: equipped with steering wheel and horn. Maddix wasn't so sure about the pool (extremely against it) UNTIL he hopped in the car and walked himself all around the pool:) We stayed for a couple of hours and by the end he did NOT want to go.

I have to say, the swimming system here is extreme. They make you check your coats and shoes at the front. Then you walk down a hall and receive a wrist watch that you use to scan into your assigned locker. Everyone walks around naked. You Have to wear sandals, you HAVE to wear swim caps.

Maddix CRASHED after swim time:) For a long time.

We also went for a walk and on our way back into the building we met our neighbor that lives right below us with the dog. Quite a cute dog. Maddix almost broke into tears missing Nala. She said her name was Ava (doesn't speak English), very nice woman in her mid 60's I'd say.

For dinner prep tonight I was cutting olives and put one on Maddix's finger.
He decided he LOVED them and wanted MORE  on his fingers
It took a long time to get dinner prepped with this little boy snitching all my olives!
Homemade Pizzas
We got dinner cleaned up quickly, gave him a bath, and then Travis came home and I was old news.
Tonight he was a daddy's boy. He kept putting the binki in Travis' mouth and Trav would spit it out. Like a game of fetch :)
Now we get to enjoy a Friday night Movie before Trav heads into a full day of Saturday studying.
